These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace346 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the ace346 website located at ace346.net and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, account management tools, promotional programmes, and payment processing.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your password confidential and must not share your account credentials with any other person. ace346 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify ace346 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

ace346 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any stage, including during a withdrawal request or following a security flag on your account. Additional verification documents may include a utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, a photograph of the payment method used (e.g., the bKash-registered mobile number), or a selfie with your identity document. These measures exist to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

ace346 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) exclusively, processed through the following verified payment channels:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — whether mobile wallets or bank transfers — will be refused and returned to the source account. ace346 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as part of ace346's anti-money-laundering (AML) controls. Where this is not technically possible, withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered in your name will be arranged. ace346 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ৳50,000.

Winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to each bonus offer before they are eligible for withdrawal. Players must review bonus terms at the time of claiming any promotional offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

ace346 imposes no withdrawal fee on player winnings. Any fees charged by the player's mobile wallet provider or bank in connection with receiving a transfer are the sole responsibility of the player and are not reimbursed by ace346.

General rules applicable to all bonuses and promotional credits on ace346:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly;

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ace346 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with ace346;
• Money Laundering: Using the ace346 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of laundering proceeds of illegal activity. ace346 maintains AML monitoring procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities;
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or exploiting technical errors to claim bonuses or promotions beyond their intended scope;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the platform;
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in connection with any attempt to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of those events;
• Software Exploitation: Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback on a deposit after participating in games or betting with those funds. ace346 reserves the right to recover the disputed amount plus administrative costs from any remaining account balance;
• Account Sharing: Sharing account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your account, whether for betting, fund management, or any other purpose.

ace346 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged for investigation, ace346 reserves the right to freeze withdrawals and restrict account activity pending the outcome of the review. ace346 will inform you of the outcome of any investigation affecting your account within a reasonable timeframe.

ace346 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing;
• Detection of a duplicate account belonging to the same individual;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure;
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (person under 18 years of age);
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ace346 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter promptly and will notify the player of the outcome. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any suspended withdrawals processed without further delay.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] with a formal closure request. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided the balance does not consist exclusively of unconverted bonus credits.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month after the initial 12-month period, deducted from any remaining account balance. Players with dormant accounts will receive notification via their registered email address before any fee is applied, providing an opportunity to reactivate the account.

ace346 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free availability of its services, ace346 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes displayed prior to technical errors being corrected, or the fitness of the platform for any specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace346's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ace346 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ace346 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or betting market voidings;
• Loss of data resulting from server failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond ace346's reasonable control;
• Financial losses arising from a player's own failure to adhere to responsible gaming limits;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials;
• Losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, governmental actions, civil unrest, power outages, or interruptions to internet or mobile network infrastructure in Bangladesh.

Nothing in these Terms limits ace346's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. ace346 is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee that any player will profit from their activity on the platform. Players acknowledge that losses are a normal and expected outcome of gambling and that the platform is not responsible for financial decisions made in connection with gambling activity.
